The loans can be issued for a period of 3 to 25 years, while the maximum loan amount should not exceed 100,000 manats (about USD $58,800). The annual interest cannot exceed 8%. The down payment is 15-25%.

The Department of Land Resources and the State Cadaster of Tashkent provided an online service for checking real estate data by the cadastral number. According to the Department’s press service, the launch of the service is due to the increased volume of applications from citizens and legal entities on clarifying the inventory value of real estate and other details. At this moment, the database allows users to find information on the technical characteristics of real estate, its inventory value, the current address and data on the existence of a ban or arrest on the property. In the future, users of the service will be able to find out their cadastral number at the address, receive notifications on the readiness of cadastral documents, and monitor the execution of the order for processing documents.
